NANNY McPAW was founded by Texas native, Lesli Flores. She's cared for and loved animals her entire life. It began at the age of four when she was given a kitten named Joey. For seventeen years, he was her most loyal and steadfast friend. Joey was the first animal to touch her heart, but not the last.
It was Lesli's unwavering love for animals that drove her to pursue a career, which allowed her to interact with them on a daily basis. She spent many years working for the largest pet supply/care company in the world. As a member of the management team, it was her goal and responsibility to gain expertise in every aspect of pet care; from caring for newborns, to the latter years of a pet’s life.
